Flomax - Tamsulosin side effects

I feel heavy eye-lids, as if the entire face was soggy, hanging down. Like slightly drugged. My pelvic pain syndrome is affected, but not for better, it's simply different. It hurts differently, at different times...

I'm wondering wha the effect of tamsulosin on sleep patterns is as well. I notice that when I take it, I get episodes of 1-3 hours of sleeplessness each night.

Another effect I noticed is that my tendons hurt. I know, sounds ridiculous.
